Motorola is all set to launch its latest mid-range smartphone with the Moto X4 at the IFA in Berlin from September 1 to September 6. But before it could be announced, new live images of the Moto X4 phone surfaced online showing what the phone will look like upon release. Earlier we had some leaks showing us the Dual camera setup at the back of the Moto X4 and also the device had been spotted on various benchmarking sites. Now, we have the real life images of the upcoming Moto X4 in the wild.
From the series of images which you can view below, we can see all the sides of the Moto X4 phone as the images are taken in well-lit conditions. At the front, we can see the display with thin bezels on the sides and below the display, we have the physical home button which doubles up as a fingerprint scanner. Further, there is small hole beside the home button which acts as a mic. On top, we can find the 5MP front-facing camera with LED flash with an aperture of f/1.7 and also an earpiece. Overall the Moto X4 design is completely new when compared to all other Moto lineup device launched this year.
In terms of the rear of the phone, we have a dual camera setup with a 13 MP dual camera module in the Moto X4 phone with dual tone duel LED flash. Further, at the bottom of the phone, many will be happy to hear that there is a 3.5mm headphone jack with a USB Type-C port. In terms of the SIM card placement, it is on the top of the phone with a microSD card slot as well. The leaked photos of the Moto X4 shows the device in black with a glossy finish and we even got to see one of the accessories included in the retail box being a pair of Moto earphones.
In terms of specs for the Moto X4, it will have a 5.2 inch Full HD AMOLED display powered by a Snapdragon 660 chip clocked at 2.2 GHz coupled with 4GB of RAM. The battery is also a moderate size of 3800 mAh with quick charging support 2.0 and runs the latest Android Nougat software. The Moto X4 is also water and dust resistant which will be a nice additional feature to some.
